12. Unable to find delivery event error during SNOTE/SPAU/SPDD/SUM ?

Unable to find delivery event XXXXXXXXXX & Release track XYZ P 0000XX does not exist" is the one of the top 10 error which occurs 99% during update. It applicable in all kind of cases - 

Note 2481931 - SPAM / SAP Notes / SPAU/ SPDD / SUM - Unable to find delivery events vers23. 

Error occurs usually due to inconsistent/missing release data.

This tick is just to provide more hidden ticks.

Simple Resolution Statement:

Condition 1: In SAP Expert Search, Download a different SAP Note (released recently) from the same component and having your same affected component version AND Version number with **Correction Instructions**.

Condition 2: Here the hidden tick - Correction Instructions should be applicable for your SP level as well. This was missed to highlight in note 2481931 Vers 23.

Downloading 1 correct CI latest note with above conditions will resolve the issue.

In case, Our software component is SAP_UI, Version 816, SP level 4, then we need to download CI which applicable for SP level 4 as well to resolve error in single attempt.

If condition 2 not checked, we might need to download latest 3-4 notes to resolve the issue since definitely, 1 note will have our SP version CI.

🌟Only CI notes have Release Data/Delivery Event Data

Hidden tick:

There is an hidden error which pops up w.r.t Support Package as well.

Example - Delivery event 41 xxxxxxxxxx SAPK-75027INSAPBASIS is not in your system"

Just uncar sar file - upload won't work.

For above one, Using Expert Search, we will need to filter down with Support Package one higher 28 and later. We will get sap notes with SP28 which will be the target SP to resolve note issue for the search(listed) notes. Hence, It will definitely have note correction instructions for SP27 to do via note implementation. Download that SAP Note and upload in system. It will resolve the error.
